Murcia Curado Do from Whole Foods
$15.99 / lb
~ Raw Goat’s Milk
This cheese came highly recommended by the super cool cheese salesperson, Dayna, from WF. She was also the one who told us about Gordonzola and The Cheese Mistress.
“It just tastes good! It’s unique. The flavor hits you later.” ~samm
It goes great with watermelon!

Overall, it was a four and a half (out of five) cheese evening.
