~ Unpasturized Cow’s Milk

“Pleasantly surprised!” ~mike. Solid. Nothing exceptional but not a dog either. Mildly swissy. I would have added another 1/2 Cheese if it were swissier but still a good cheese for it’s price.

I melted it on our ham salad sandwiches earlier and it was grrrrrrreat!

NOT GOOD SWISS!!! Very parmy flavor. Too dry. Not very swissy. Too few holes, too!
