A$$!!! “It hurts! It hurts!” ~mike. It’s very rancid and painful. Tastes like it went bad!!! I spit! I couldn’t swallow it!!!

~ Bandage wrapped aged Cheddar from California

(aged 18 mos) very dry, very parmy, grates nicely. Mike likes the cloth. “Now that I know it’s not swiss, I like it a lot.” ~mike

This was the other cheese we accidentally bought, thinking it was swiss… :(

~ Cow’s Milk, Carr Valley, WI

Don’t taste the Applewood too much. Decent Cheese. Not worth 18 bucks a pound!

Mistakenly purchased this cheese in seek of a swiss. Oops!

National Valley Redstone Robust from The Wedge

~ A semi-soft goats milk cheese from Wisconsin

Kinda tastes like goat cheese. “Clean & pleasant.” Uneventful. Solid but not exciting.
